Five Things I Bought On Amazon

I don’t know about you, but I am completely fascinated by what people buy on Amazon. Our household (ahem, probably just me) gets the most bang for our Amazon Prime membership buck, in that we utilize the convenience of the all-in-one, single-click shopping experience with the free two-day ship — say that three times fast — and literally order everything we can. Toilet paper, cereal, books, shampoo and conditioner, kid toys, cat food, everything! Amazon is life.

I do have a complaint though, oh dearest Amazon Prime: please get your packaging right! I cannot tell you how many times I have received a very large box with the tiniest item flailing about inside, or how many times I have ordered multiple items and had them arrive one by one, in separate boxes. It’s wasteful and a real issue. I have been making complaints, and if you are an Amazon user and lover like me, please do the same. Now, here are five of my most recent purchases that are just too good not to share.

I Love You Amazon!

Now that I’ve shown you mine, will you show me your best Amazon buys?

These are literally the same clips that The Outlier has been marketing and they were soooo cheap on Amazon. I wear them all the time. I’m wearing one now. (

    Also these amazing sheer sock/stockings:

    These padded headbands:

Black silk ribbon for the best and biggest bows for your hair:

I have so many of these it’s embarrassing, but at the price, it’s affordable.

    (1) A313 Pommade – first retinoid that hasn’t made me flaky and weird for the first couple weeks using it.
    (2) These scrunchies!!! Solids are great but sometimes the 90s floral is NECESSARY.
    (3) These notebooks – they’re Japanese and hard to find in stores. Writing on them feels so smooth and nothing bleeds through or smears.
    (4) On that note, these are my go-to pens:
    (5) White Leather Converse Hi-Tops – I’ve been wearing white chucks since before I can remember. The leather upgrade means they keep their shape and stay whiter longer (don’t worry, the rubber still gets scuffed up enough so they don’t look TOO new).
