I don’t know about you, but I am completely fascinated by what people buy on Amazon. Our household (ahem, probably just me) gets the most bang for our Amazon Prime membership buck, in that we utilize the convenience of the all-in-one, single-click shopping experience with the free two-day ship — say that three times fast — and literally order everything we can. Toilet paper, cereal, books, shampoo and conditioner, kid toys, cat food, everything! Amazon is life.
I do have a complaint though, oh dearest Amazon Prime: please get your packaging right! I cannot tell you how many times I have received a very large box with the tiniest item flailing about inside, or how many times I have ordered multiple items and had them arrive one by one, in separate boxes. It’s wasteful and a real issue. I have been making complaints, and if you are an Amazon user and lover like me, please do the same. Now, here are five of my most recent purchases that are just too good not to share.
I Love You Amazon!
Hue Scalloped Socks
"These are my favorite socks, which according to my Amazon history I first purchased back on December 9th, 2017. I have purchased multiple sets since and just ordered a new set because my 16-year-old daughter also loves them and steals them from me. Aren't they cute?"Hue , $16
Pidoudou Large Velvet Scrunchies
"I saw a photo on Instagram of the back of a girl's head with her hair tied up giving off major Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy vibes with a black velvet scrunchie. I immediately went to Amazon and found these. The size and quality blew me away. And a pack of six for under $10? It can't be beat. I'm wearing one right now!"Pidoudou , $10
Madholly No-Crease Hair Clips
"Another 'Instagram made me do it' purchase, these no-crease hair clips that I saw on @summer.dawn's feed. I love them and they come in a pack of 20. Stay tuned for Summer's Off Duty interview next week!"Madholly , $11
Health & Heather Green Tea With Coconut
"This is the best green tea I have ever had. I'm usually not a big fan of green teas, with the exception of a thick and creamy matcha, but this one has forever changed me. It's delicious, has a lovely hint of coconut flavor, and it's organic. I add a splash of Nut Pods vegan creamer (you should try that, too!) and get down to tea town."Health & Heather , $9
Muji Unbleached Cotton Pads
"These cotton pads are the best for taking off makeup and applying toners. They're super soft and absorbent, and WAY cheaper than the Shiseido pads we all know and love."Muji , $7
Now that I’ve shown you mine, will you show me your best Amazon buys?
